but you're often forced to take out the whole track from Chicago to Omaha if you want to reconfigure an interchange. The track tool is a dream and you can do some cool interchanges with it. except you have to manually assign station tracks if you don't want trains to just pile up at a 4 track station waiting for track one. Route customization works like you think it should. except I haven't found a way to assign multiple trains to a line. Setting up train lines is super simple (especially when you realize you can shift-click to customize stops). except when you can't aggregate the data in the way you think it should be, such as seeing your most profitable routes at a glance. I'm really enjoying it so far, although I keep finding myself either really impressed or slightly annoyed. I'd been on the fence for a while and also bought it during the sale. I was able to figure out what most things required/did within the first 1/2 hour though. Actually, now that I think about it, it explains fuck all. The game does very little with explaining things to you. Also, there is nothing more satisfying than watching your airport just run buttery smooth at maximum capacity. Your airport is now capable of having multiple floors, something not possible in the games only other competitor. Having installed in a few days ago (almost a year later), the game has improved exponentially. I put in a good amount of hours when it released and was barely playable. SimAirport - I just recently began playing this game again. They'll also use transport rides if it's faster than walking. Peeps will use high rides (observation towers, ferris wheel, free-falls, etc) to scout out whatever ride they'll want to go to next. There is a good selection of rides and the peep AI is also pretty top notch. Guest's won't like seeing your staff hauling things to and fro. You have to hide your "behind the scenes" stuff with scenery. With their most recent lighting changed the game looks beautiful. Parkitect - So far, at least to me, this game has been the only theme park sim that even comes close to capturing the same charm that Rollercoaster Tycoon had. Sorry, I'm a little late to the party but.
